I thought I'd Treat Myself

as i do every month! ha ha

I  really loved this Shirt.  A work colleague gave me the Kaleidoscope catalogue which i wouldn't really think twice about looking at as it's not really my thing but as i looked through i was pleasantly surprised as there were a few things in there that i liked and one of them was this blouse.

I really like the look of it and bought some Royal Blue Skinny Jeans with it.  I thought as a casual look it would look quite fab with my skinnies and perhaps in the Summer some toe post sandals or my Swedish Hasbeens.  For now i'll wear my red ballet shoes or my Grey/Red Converse.

The blouse and Jeans cost me around £68.00 as i got a little discount too.  Not bad !!

My New Outfit

Well i wish.  All together it would cost me over £1000.00 so maybe I'll just stick to the dress and tights when i get paid and try to find the other items on the high street!  Well unless i win the lottery tomorrow and I'm not going to do that as i never buy a ticket! 'doh'

This is my outfit of the week

Mary Portas 'No Brainer Dress'

Love this dress, it a dress of a million uses, it comes in  Cobolt, Black, Red,  Purple

Bingo Wings?

If you're a little bit concious of your arms then i have found Armery's. They're the brain child of Mary Portas and Charnos who if you watched her series on where she set up shop in the House of Frazer then you will have heard her talk about them.  I was browsing her website this week to see if there were any bargains to be had.  I'd forgotten all about Armerys and as i have a few cap sleeved dresses that i won't wear as they show the top of my arms these would be a fantastic accessory to invest in.  VOILA, i don't need to buy anymore dresses for work...well maybe just one from Mary's collection when i get paid this month 'winks and thumbs up'.

The other thing i have set myself to start this month is Divina McColls DVD to tone up those bingo wings that i keep hiding under cardigans and jumpers that keep me living in denyal.  I need to get a grip now as i'm not getting any younger and they're only going to get worse!  When my arms are beautifully toned 'cough, cough' then i shall wear my armery to pretty up or change the look of an outfit by adding these wonderful lace sleeves.  There are more colours too so i think i'll be investing in a few.

I love Mary Portas, her style is fab and for a slightly older woman she still looks fab and very stylish, also being a Red Head like me all be out of a bottle i suspect she ubers red headed cool. I had my hair in a bob and i wear all kinds of coloured tights, my friends know i love to watch her series 'Mary Queen of Shops' I then bang on about what she wore the next day they thought i was trying to morph into her! Poor Mary, if she only knew she'd be setting out on getting an injunction...ok i'm not that bad ha ha but i did get my hair cut off as i didn't want anyone to think i was some kind of weirdo who was trying to be a Mary imposter!

mmmmmm? Thinking about it though my hair has grown some what and i was thinking of having a short sharp bob again!????

Kurt Geiger Wedges

My friend went into town on Friday to visit what was left of the Selfridges sale and came away with a bargain, these lovely Kurt Geiger crepe wedge soled sandals.  The price tag was £57.00 but the ticket said £29.99.  The sales assistant wanted to charge her the £57.00 but my friend argued that it wasn't her mistake and was only going to take the shoes as they had a very good reduction on price and that was the £29.99 and that she wasn't a fault, whoever priced them up were.  'kerching' she got them at £29.99 a very good price!

I really love them and want a pair too and don't mind paying the £57.00 as i'll wear them throughout the year for years to come i'm sure but i've looked everywhere and they're either sold out in this colour or only in a size 8! I'm a size 6!

They have a dark brown and they're only £29.99 but i'm not sure if i'd wear them as much so i have to think

a) Am i just buying them because i love them?
b) Am i just buying them because they're £29.99?
c) Will i wear them?
d) Do i need them?
e) Will my friend kill me if i buy them?
f) Do i really like the colour?

Dilema, Dilema, Dilema

What do you think?
